Individuals with mental and substance abuse disorders face unique challenges when it comes to finding stable and suitable housing. Providing appropriate housing options for these individuals is crucial in promoting their recovery, reducing homelessness, and improving their overall well-being.
Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC)
We believe in a person-centered approach that empowers participants with the ability to become active people within the community. HPC services support a person to be more independent while meeting their daily living needs. A direct support professional (DSP) has the opportunity to engage in the lives of these individuals by providing support in areas such as dietary, laundry, toileting, companionship, and housekeeping.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation services to medical appointments, social events, and errands, ensuring seniors can stay active and engaged.
Remote Support
The ability to monitor and respond to a person’s health, safety, and other needs using live communication, while offering the person more independence in their home.
